Doc4 Design was approached to develop a custom lead management system web application for Lead Sooie, a Little Rock, Arkansas based Lead Management company specializing in team management software to accelerate lead management, increase lead response efficiency, contact rates, and conversions.

Our goal was to develop a lead dialer Chrome extension as well as automation to assign and deliver incoming leads to available agents. The web application sends a text message to the agent's personal phone to alert them of the new lead. The agent then facilitates the 'click-to-dial' web application, Lead Sooie. In total we developed the Google Chrome extension, a localized phone number API, and a send/receive SMS messaging API to tie everything together for a fully automated system.
